WALES/ENGLAND – Law Society launches surveys on the impact of LASPO

Surveys for ‘complex’ family law cases and domestic violence matters

The Law Society is seeking to monitor the impact of the Legal Aid Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act (LASPO) changes.

As part of that exercise it would like practitioners to provide it with examples of where they have been unable to take on clients in complex family (non-domestic violence), domestic violence, immigration and housing cases.

The Society has prepared surveys specific to:

To complete any of the surveys, simply click on its title. These surveys can be completed more than once, for as many clients who have to be turned away as you are able to record.
